Listing

A property including the plot and rentable units owned by a Homeowner.

Listing is a top level object which can contain one or more units of same or different unit types that can be rented out.

Unit type

Individual rentable unit within a listing. A guest always books one specific Unit Type.

E.g. 1 room apartment, 2 room apartment, studio etc.

A listing can contain either a single unit or multiple units of same or different unit types.

Pricing

Price details for the listing. Prices are always specific to unit types since different unit types can have different prices.

Availability

Availability indicates the open and bookable or closed dates in a specific time period.

LOS

LOS refers to the length of stay.

This is a way of mapping pricing configurations that allows customisation of daily prices and the number of guests.

Version

This is an incremental number for any data update that happens to Listing or Pricing.

The first update ever will have the value of 1; the highest available version number corresponds to the latest update done.

Amenity

Features that are provided at the Listing level or at the Unit type level are referred to as Amenities.

E.g. TV, Swimming pool, balcony etc.
