Certification Process

Once the implementation of our Bookiply Channel API’s is fully completed, we require the partners to run through a certification process before they can operate in the live environment. Till the certification process is completed, partners will only have read access to our inventory, but the booking creation will be restricted. Please inform us once you tested your integration thoroughly and we are happy to guide you through our certification. We have a test property fba72b17-284b-4a04-a960-223c52d38f85 in our live environment to test the following scenarios.

Test cases for bookings flow:

1. Creation flow - we expect partners to create the bookings with below criteria

   1. booking with payment mode Credit card

2. Cancellation flow - we expect partners to request cancellation of bookings with below criteria

   • cancellation within free cancellation period

   • cancellation outside of free cancellation period (with a cancellation fee)
     Of course we will refund you the full amount afterwards.

Once the required creation and cancellation flows are made by the partner, we need to perform checks on all the data to ensure data correctness. Once this is confirmed we certify partners to go fully live with the complete inventory and operations.
